Appreciative Inquiry: Empowering Positive Growth and Planning
The appreciative inquiry process is an asset-based planning process especially powerful in the education field to build growth, change, and culture around a common initiative - whether it is building a positive culture in your school, approaching the integration of AI into your district, launching a new curriculum, or developing a full strategic plan. The Appreciative Inquiry process will unlock enthusiasm and clarity to reach unimagined goals.
We have two Leadership Development Programs. A High-Potential Leaders in district cohort aimed at developing the next generation of school district leaders from within a school district, and our Leadership Strengths Development program for current administrators focusing on developing their strengths through asset-based 360 Feedback using the reflective best-self protocol and a reflective self-assessment to set goals and leverage current strengths.
